Power Level 2/3
Take your practice to another level with this advanced power class! Filled with a variety of arm balances, inversions, and core work and set to some great music! Fun transitions and poses will be infused with opportunities to learn how to defy gravity. You will be asked to practice at your own pace, listen to your body, and work within your abilities. Get ready to work hard and play hard! Recommended for more advanced practitioners.
Power 2/3 is our advanced power class. This class provides an opportunity to build core strength and increase focus. We will practice binds and other intensive balancing sequences as well as arm balances, head stands, hand stands, back bends and other inversions. Even though this class will be filled with opportunities to defy gravity you will be encouraged to go at your own pace.
